Returns & Refund Policy

Non-Returnable Items (Food Products)

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all food items (including rotis) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Once delivered, food products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.


Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law (§ 312g para. 2 no. 2 BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, such as food products.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order is:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • incorrect

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

info@broti.eu

Include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • photos (if applicable)

We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • the product was delivered damaged
  • the wrong product was delivered

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.


No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges of food products under any circumstances.
