How should I store Broti rotis?
Freeze the packs that you receive for longer life. Once opened, store them in the provided resealable packaging. Do not refrigerate. It dries them out.

How long do they last?
Once a pack is opened, it will last ~2 days. In the freezer they can last longer.

Can I refrigerate instead of freezing?
Freezing is recommended for best results and longer shelf life.

Can I refreeze thawed rotis?
We recommend avoiding refreezing after thawing to maintain quality and safety.

Do I need to thaw the rotis before heating?
No, you can heat them directly from frozen.

How do I heat Broti rotis?
Preheat a pan to medium heat. Lightly wet your rotis with your palm and place a bundle of 2-3 rotis stacked together on the tawa.

Keep flipping every 10 seconds so each roti sees the pan briefly. The steam from one roti heats up the others. Apply ghee/butter while heating for best results.

Can I use a microwave?
Yes. Place a stack of lightly wetted rotis in the microwave on a plate. Cover them with a cloth/kitchen paper. Microwave for approx 30-40seconds. Eat immediately. Microwaved rotis become harder if you keep them out long.

How do I make them soft like fresh rotis?
Avoid overcooking and wrap them in a clean cloth after heating to retain softness. Apply ghee or butter.

How many rotis come in one pack?
10 rotis are packed in one pack. Depending on the size you choose, multiples of those packs will be dispatched.

How are the rotis packaged?
Individual 10-er packs come packaged in single use packaging. These single use packs are bundled in a resealable pouch which you can use as storage.
