Subscription Policy
By signing up for our roti subscription, you agree to the following terms:
1. Billing
Schedule: You will be charged automatically every week or every two weeks, depending on the plan you choose, on the exact same day and time that you originally signed up.
Tracking: You can view your payment schedule anytime under Account > Customer Portal.
2. Skipping or Rescheduling
How to Change: You can temporarily skip or reschedule your upcoming deliveries directly through your Account > Customer Portal page.
Deadline: Changes can be made at any time before your automatic payment is processed.
3. Discounts
Validity: All subscription discounts are valid for a maximum of 4 deliveries unless otherwise disclosed at the time of promotion.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription through your Account > Customer Portal page at any time before your payment is processed.
The First Order: Your very first subscription order cannot be canceled or refunded.
No Refunds After Payment: Once an automatic payment goes through, that order cannot be refunded or canceled. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your payment is processed.
